Terms of Service

Remprint provides custom print fulfillment based on the artwork, size, finish, and shipping preferences approved during the order flow.

Because each order is produced specifically for that buyer or partner job, all sales are considered custom once production begins after proof approval.

By sending artwork for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the file or have explicit permission to reproduce it.

We may refuse content that appears to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or content restrictions required by law or our internal policy.

Pricing is communicated through the Remprint workflow, including WhatsApp conversations, approved partner handling, and payment links shared for a specific order.

Production does not begin until the required payment is received and the proofing stage is cleared where applicable.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by production load, courier delays, or issues outside our direct control.

If a print arrives damaged, contact the team promptly through the same support channel so the issue can be reviewed with the relevant shipment details.

Approved Pro partners are expected to keep studio information accurate, especially WhatsApp contact details, shipping instructions, and any approved return address used for white-label orders.

Partner status may be reviewed, suspended, or revoked if the operating arrangement is abused or if submitted details are materially inaccurate.
