Returns & Damage Policy

If your print arrives damaged in transit, defective, or substantially different from the proof you approved, Remprint will reprint and resend at no additional cost.

Coverage includes courier handling damage, manufacturing flaws, and operator errors that produced an item different from the approved proof.

Because every order is custom-made, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has started.

Issues caused by approved low-resolution artwork — where the customer was informed and chose to proceed — are also not covered. Please review the proof carefully before approving.

Reach out on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Include one or two clear photos of the affected area, plus a photo of the outer packaging if the parcel was damaged.

If a courier obviously mishandled the parcel, please don't dispose of the packaging until our team confirms the resolution.

We aim to acknowledge every report within one business day. Reprints typically ship within the original lead time for that product.

If a reprint isn't possible (for example, original artwork no longer accessible), we will arrange a refund through the original payment method.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank settlement times vary by issuer.

We reserve the right to ask for additional context (more photos, the affected file, courier waybill) when the cause of damage isn't clear from the initial report.
