Post-Production

No refunds for completed custom orders due to customization.

Our Refund Policy

RemPrint creates custom acrylic art prints that are made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products and the custom manufacturing process involved, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Why no refunds for custom products? Each acrylic print is uniquely designed and produced specifically for you. Once production begins, the materials and labor cannot be repurposed for other orders.

When Can You Get a Refund?

Before Production Begins

Full refunds are available if you cancel your order before production starts:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement
  • Before we begin the design review process
  • Full payment amount refunded to original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days

During Production

If you need to cancel during production, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis:

  • Depends on how far along the production process is
  • May include partial refund for unused materials
  • Contact us immediately to discuss options
  • Decision made within 48 hours of request

After Production/After Delivery

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after production is complete:

  • Custom acrylic prints cannot be resold
  • Production costs are already incurred
  • Materials are specifically prepared for your order
  • Design work is completed per your specifications

Alternative Solutions

While we don't offer refunds for completed custom orders, we strive to make things right through other means:

Quality Issues

If your print has quality defects, we'll replace it at no additional cost or provide store credit.

Shipping Damage

For damaged items during shipping, we'll arrange replacement or repair at our expense.

Design Revisions

Minor design adjustments may be accommodated before production completion.

Future Orders

Store credit or discounts available for future custom orders.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss alternatives:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@remprint.in
  2. Include your order number and reason for the request
  3. Provide any relevant details or evidence
  4. We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours
  5. If approved, refund processing will begin immediately

Refund Processing

Payment Method Refunds

  • Razorpay: Refunds processed through Razorpay (3-5 business days)
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days for processing
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days depending on bank

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days and reach your account within 3-7 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before production begins. To cancel:

  • Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Contact us at hello@remprint.in with your order number
  • Cancellation requests are processed immediately
  • Refunds for cancellations follow the same timeline as above

Exceptions and Special Cases

While our standard policy applies to most situations, we may make exceptions for:

  • Serious quality defects not visible during initial inspection
  • Major shipping delays (beyond 30 days)
  • Technical errors on our platform that caused incorrect orders
  • Special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

All exception requests are reviewed by our customer service team and management.
