RemPrint provides a platform for creating and ordering custom acrylic art prints. Our services include:

• Online design editor for creating custom acrylic prints
• High-quality printing on acrylic sheets of various thicknesses (3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm)
• Various mounting and finishing options
• Real-time preview of finished products
• Secure image upload and storage

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Pay the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount
• Understand that prices are subject to change without notice

5. Order Acceptance and Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or payment issues. Once an order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Create designs that are illegal, offensive, or violate others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use automated tools to access our service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RemPrint or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharwad, Karnataka.
