How Remprint dispatches, ships, and tracks your custom print across India — from proof approval to your doorstep.

Standard wall art, photo prints, and stationery enter production within one business day of proof approval and typically dispatch within 3–5 business days. Acrylic prints, custom framing, and oversized formats may take 5–10 business days because of curing, mounting, or finishing steps.
If a specific deadline matters to you, share it on WhatsApp before paying so we can confirm whether the timeline is achievable for the chosen product and finish.
Once dispatched, courier transit usually takes 2–5 business days for metro destinations and 4–7 business days for non-metro destinations. Remote PINs may take longer depending on the carrier serving the area.
We dispatch from Dharwad, Karnataka. Total delivery time is dispatch timeline + courier transit time.
We ship across India through Shiprocket-fulfilled courier partners. The specific carrier (Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, India Post, etc.) is selected based on the destination PIN and the parcel weight or dimensions.
If your delivery PIN is not currently serviceable, we will let you know on WhatsApp before payment so you can choose an alternate address or cancel without charge.
Standard shipping is included in the quoted product price for most prepaid orders. The total amount you pay on the Razorpay payment link is the final price, with no separate shipping fee added at checkout.
Oversized prints, multi-piece orders that exceed standard packaging dimensions, and rush shipments are quoted manually on WhatsApp before payment. You always see the all-inclusive total before being asked to pay.
Once your order is dispatched, you receive a WhatsApp message with the courier name and tracking ID. You can also check live status on the order tracking link we share earlier in the flow.
If you ever lose the tracking link, send your order ID on WhatsApp and we will resend it.
If your parcel arrives damaged, the print is defective, or you receive the wrong item, our separate Returns & Damage Policy describes the resolution process. We replace covered issues at no additional cost when reported within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the affected area and the outer packaging.
If a courier marks a parcel delivered but you have not received it, please reach out within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier.
Damage, defects, or incorrect deliveries are handled under our Returns & Damage policy. Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
