How to Order Business Cards on WhatsApp — A Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Ordering business cards in India usually goes one of two ways. Either you go to a local print shop, hand them a sample, wait three days, and hope. Or you go to a big online site, upload through a dropdown maze, and approve a proof you don't fully understand. Here's the third way.

Step 1 — Send "Hi"

Open WhatsApp, message Remprint, and just say what you want: "Hi, I want business cards." That's it. You'll get a reply in minutes (usually under 5) asking what's most useful next.

Step 2 — Share what you have

You'll send one of three things:

• A print-ready PDF if you have one (front and back, exported with 3mm bleed).
• Any draft — Canva, Figma, even a photo of a hand-drawn idea. We'll redraw it print-ready.
• Just your details — name, role, phone, email, etc. We'll design a clean default layout for you.

If you go the "just my details" route, we'll send back two or three layout options in 1–2 hours. Pick one or ask for changes.

Step 3 — Pick quantity and paper

You'll choose:

• Quantity — 100, 250, 500, 1000+
• Paper — 300 or 350 GSM
• Lamination — matte, glossy, or pearl
• Single or double-sided

Step 4 — Approve the proof

We send a Razorpay payment link in the chat. Pay with UPI, card, or net banking. Once paid, production starts immediately.

Step 6 — Receive

Most business card orders ship in 2–3 days. You get a tracking link via WhatsApp once dispatched. Delivery anywhere in India is typically 2–4 days from dispatch.

What's not in the flow
